That said, it suffers so badly from a lack of a sandbox mode that it's hard to recommend it at this time. Scenarios where you are limited in what game features you can access do indeed have a long history in gaming; if you regard each mission of a RTS to be a separate scenario, "gating" features this way is a standard industry practice. That said, "gating" can be irritating when the game is more of a relxing, idle-time game where you're popping in to play a little for fun then wandering off to something else. My feeling is that the full range of fun should be in immediate reach from the start, and the best way to do this would be to add the sandbox where your goals are your own to determine, and there is no mechanic of "do this thing and maybe get to do something new."The thing that I personally care about the most in terms of fun mechanics is the breeding minigame where you can create strains of marijuana to satisfy certain customer groups or fill orders, followed closely by the ability to run advertising campaigns and do politics so you can open up new ways to play the game. These things make the game more fun and open up the easiest path to success: going legit. In the game, as would be the case in actual reality, the way to long-term success is selling medicine to sick people (just ask the pharmacutical companies) and that experience is weirdly satisfying as well.So would I recommend this? Yes... when it has a sandbox mode that you can select from the beginning. When it does, I will immediately and enthusiastically switch from a Not Recommended to a Recommended because with all the pieces available for player use, with the ability to do as you like from the start, this is a great game.. Very mobile-ish tycoon game, not 'PC tycoon' type.Game is fun but sometime feels clunky and shallow, with less of customization factor which tycoon game type needs, can polish more if the team want to do it, or at least, open the game for modding.Game will be better if focus on 'real' procedural strain generator, allow multi-strains sell per shop and less of clicker mobile style game. If you compare this game to other PC tycoon, which more focusing on 'tycoon' elements, like HR, stats, UI, etc. You can feel this game a tad 'weak' of tycoon genre.I can feel the game have so much elements prepare for mobile, or maybe the team have plan to port to the mobile platform. Don't take this review wrong, if this game be like the Microprose's pizza tycoon, less limit, less bug, deeper, with better UI, it will be bright shine.. the game was good but my save always gone. i already save my game manually but it still gone. Played for less than 2hrs and refunded, game is very mundane and feels like a mobile game port.. I really enjoyed playing this game, despite the odd crash here and there (3crashes in 44hours of play).The one BIG problem with the game is the lack of a sandbox mode. When I saw that the first time I booted the game I considered asking for a refund. I'm glad I didn't, because I had so much fun playing the scenario, but a sandbox mode is definitely needed to keep me interested in this game long term. Without one it feels like a game with two scenarios to complete before deleting the game and forgetting about it. It's just a checklist to complete, like the tasks in the game itself: just swap, "Produce 3kg of X \u00a6 Sell 3kg of X," for, "Complete scenarios A and B \u00a6 Delete game."The one minor problem with the game is relationship management. I loved it for two thirds of the game but by then I had so many relationships to manage that it became really tedious. There were times when the need to boost a relationship back up to 'friendly' rating was my queue to quit playing for the day. Perhaps the game makers might patch in a new status, 'Fast Friends' or 'Firm Friends' or something, which can take a long time to achieve but which rewards the player by never allowing the relationship level to drop, unless you do something stupid like asking an honest friend to do something dishonest. That should prevent the number of relationships the player needs to maintain from growing too large: hopefully, by the time you expand to your third city all the relationships should be set in stone, provided you managed them well.I know I gave this game the thumbs up and then spent the entire review talking about its faults but this really is a good, fun game and I really enjoyed it. Even the relationship management I complained about above was something I loved for most of the game, so that really is a minor flaw. If you like games of this genre I expect you'd like this. It's definitely in the top quarter of the genre for me; top fifth if they add a sandbox mode.. A really excellent and well-made game! I wish there was a Sandbox mode though. Apart from that, I love the way this game is going towards, keep it up Devs!. While i have no interest in weed as a drug even though i believe it should totally be legal! I love the management genre and this game fits nicely into it, on the surface you could be forgive in believingthat this was a clicker type game but as you advance the story more and more mechanics unlock and it quickly becomes rather challenging and complicated. Sadly i have to admit ive yet to complete the first of the two stories as ive yet to grasp all the mechanics totally and thats not a bad thing too often games hand you everything and tell you exactly how to do it so you feel like you have accomplished this game doesn't and i love that!I imagine i will put many more hours into this game attempting to complete it as well as testing different ways to complete goals and tasks :DIts well worth the price and if you like management games regardless of the subject matter this is a great title of that genreOnly downside is this really should have been released on 4\/20 :D :D. It's definitely a game for people who like micromanagement games.If you like marijuana, even more fun for you.For me, in the beginning, it was simple enough... but then it got more and more complex and complicated and a little unwieldy. As much as I like the theme, I would like to feel like I have more time to deal with every situation the game throws at me. I'd have a hard time recommending it unless you like to play under pressure. I wish there was a middle of the road option and not just thumbs up and thumbs down. I only played this game because of Achievement Hunter. The game is good overall, but it gets very boring over long periods of time. I wish there were some DLC for this game. Once you get the gist of the game, it will be very easy. You will really hate the competitors, because they mess with you. There should be a scroll bar on the bottom for all the weed, clicking to the specific weed is quite tedious. Dialogue will get boring, prepare to skip often.Tip: once you get the Speech Motivator skill, you can set your employee's salary to the lowest without risking them resigning.
